Our tenants can purchase a renters insurance policy with FolioGuard Renters Insurance by AIS through their Online Portal. Tenants are not required to purchase a FolioGuard renters insurance policy, but it is a simple and convenient option if they do not already have one. Maintaining an active renters’ insurance policy is a requirement to lease any of our rentals.
