Did you know the insurance coverage for a property owner does not cover renters’ personal belongings? FolioGuard™ Renters Insurance by AppFolio Insurance Services allows our residents to purchase fast, comprehensive coverage within the same online portal that they use to pay their rent. This best-in-class coverage gives our residents the peace of mind they deserve, knowing that their belongings are covered.
Our residents can view a copy of their lease, move-in/ move-out inspections, track the progress of work order requests, view past transactions, download receipts, and check account balances instantly on their phone or computer at any time through their online portal.
Flex Pay
AppFolio Flexible Rent (integrated with Flex) lets renters split monthly rent into two smaller, manageable payments. Flex pays the property manager the full rent on the first of the month, while the resident repays Flex in scheduled installments timed with their paychecks, all directly inside the AppFolio Resident Portal.
Multiple Ways to Pay
Our residents can make payments securely using electronic bank transfers (ACH), debit cards, or credit cards without writing paper checks. We also offer Apple pay and the ability to even make cash payments at multiple local stores and banks. Our residents can schedule automatic monthly payments to avoid late fees.
