Resident Portal Overview
You will be using your Online Portal to pay your Move-in Charges, sign your lease, and sign your move-in inspection.

Renter's Insurance
You will need proof of renters insurance for your new home documented in your Online Portal by your move-in date. Your options to fulfill this requirement include:
- Contacting an insurance provider of your choice to get a renter's insurance policy
- Opting into the Liability to Landlord Insurance coverage ($13.50/month)
- Activating a FolioGuard renters insurance policy directly through your Online Portal

Residents will be emailed a link to access their Piñata account, which is linked to Good Neigbor Properties, within 48 hours of your move-in.

FOR RESIDENTS PLANNING TO MOVE OUT OF THEIR RENTAL SOON
We wish you the best with your upcoming move. Be sure to follow these instructions to give proper notice regarding your move out of your rental.
- Use your Online Portal to "Contact Us", then "Request Notice to Vacate".
- Complete all information on the "Move Out Notice" form.
- Our office will provide move-out instructions and schedule a move-out inspection.
